The webinar – intended for Directors and Managers of Membership, Customer and Community Relations, Marketing and IT – will show how the NMC uses Enterprise Hive’s social business software, HiveSocial, to improve online business processes, enhance delivery of member services and foster dynamic communication and collaboration among NMC’s global membership.
The webinar presenters will give a tour of the NMC’s newly launched “NMC Commons,” a private, secure online community that enables NMC members to seamlessly share information, projects and ideas. Using HiveSocial’s Dynamic Profile feature, for example, NMC members easily find other members who share professional interests or who can provide help based on the vast areas of expertise represented within the NMC Community.
